We’ll meet via Zoom, where Kristan will create a nurturing space for you to pause and interrupt the pattern of your automatic response.

She'll guide you to apply light pressure on nine acupoints on your face and upper body while discussing key challenges. Don't worry, you'll mirror one another so you don't need to memorize anything, just follow along.

We’ll access the layer beneath your conscious awareness to see where things are getting stuck. By uncovering and addressing underlying memories and beliefs, you'll reduce overwhelm, gain fresh perspectives, and realign with your true self.

Sessions can last anywhere between 45-75 minutes. You can choose what fit's best in your schedule.

While shifts can happen quickly—even within a few minutes, which has some describing it as magical—however, we won't know the complexity of an issue until we begin exploring it.

This is a customized process where we tune into YOU. The four-hour bundle provides time to assess and explore the dynamics of the issue, allowing time to integrate changes between our hour long sessions and strengthen the connection to the changes.
